Projects that require ARB approval

 

Any type of structural additions, including but not limited to permanent structures such as screened rooms, screen enclosures, patios, swimming pools, sheds and fences.

Repainting the exterior of the home to a different color of an approved Sherwin Williams paint. (No ARB is required to repaint a home the same color).

Any of the following landscape changes:

1) Changing the layout or size of any landscaped area in the front yard.

2) Removing a tree or installation of a new tree (remove and replace a dead tree with the same type of tree, in the same location does not require an ARB)

3) Installing camouflage for trash receptacles or any other equipment.

4) Installation of certain lawn ornaments.

Installation of tile on the entry walkway.

Installation of a seasonal flag.

Screen front entry.

Adding vinyl windows to a screen room.

Addition of concrete edging around flower beds or trees.

Installation of gutters.

Installation of window tint.

Installation of malibu lighting in front yard.

Erecting a play set or trampoline.

Installation of a lamp post

Installation of a storm door

Installation of any hurricane protection equipment that requires hardware to be attached permanently to the home
